Hey everyone,

I am up super early today. It is 05.41 in BCN- need to do some work and admin so thought I would get it out of the way in the morning.

I finally saw the beautiful Sagrada Familia yesterday. Little Amina would have been so happy. I recall learning about the iconic monument when I was younger at school. I was actually blown away by how large it is in reality. I would highly recommend visiting and also buying tickets so you are able to go inside. The stonework and mosaic are truly impressive.

I then just spent time exploring the city, did some shopping and ate some really good food. When vegetables are cooked well and with flavour, it really does make you not miss meat. I had some amazing chargrilled pumpkin and actually everything I ate yesterday was just so fresh and full of flavour.

I am actually really loving my time here. I have a huge list of things I still want to do and see- can time slow down please? And then I wonder why my feet are hurting by the end of the day…
