Hey everyone,

So I am in Barcelona! It has been a busy and tiring two days but I have had such an amazing time exploring. It was a very impromptu last minute trip since I had a few days free in my calendar, and I am so glad I just decided to have a few days away.

I spent yesterday exploring Park Güell, a whimsical Gaudí-designed hilltop park where colorful mosaics, organic architecture, and sweeping city views collide. I have seen many photos of it, but the views were even better in reality. I visited Gaudí Haus Museum, the former home of Antoni Gaudí, and it is interesting to visualise an intimate glimpse into his life, furniture designs, and creative world.

I then did a long work and explored around Gràcia, and let’s say I definitely got my steps in! I got back to my hotel and my feet could definitely tell the amount of steps I did yesterday! However I feel truly blessed and lucky, to be privileged to not only travel, but to be in a much better space than I was this time last year.

If you are in a phase of your life, where you are struggling and can not see the light, keep going. Trust me, it gets better.
