Hey everyone! So after 24 hours of travelling I have finally arrived at my hotel in Seoul. It is currently 14.41 here and just thought I would quickly come on here whilst having my latte. I was here in the Summer and it is so so so nice being back! It is lovely experiencing a different season, as I am sitting in a coffee shop wearing a coat, and in the summer it was sweltering hot- I would have definitely not be wearing a coat!

I am staying in the same area and it feels almost like home- feels very nostalgic being back after 6 months. My friend Li picked me up from the airport and it was honestly the loveliest thing ever. He greeted me and handed me a peach iced tea and a Hershey’s cookie. It was such a heartwarming gesture- as last time I was here, I was sipping peach iced teas. It was so sweet how he remembered all the little details.

I am so excited to start exploring. There is a list of a few things I did not mange to do/ see last time, which I want to do and I just generally want to feel the Christmas spirit. Everything is so cute and pretty and I am like a kid in a candy shop- it all gets me so excited! But for now, I need to nap and switch off. I have not had a wink of sleep the whole journey. I don’t know what it is but I just can’t sleep on flights and my brain was too switched off and buzzing and thinking about lots of things that I just didn’t sleep.

But, I think I have gone past the stage of sleep and I am so excited now! The last few weeks have been hard and 100mph so I just need a break and some time to myself. I am really looking forward to it actually.
