Try a new way of thinking. Just as an experiment for yourself, set yourself a goal. If you are a bit of a negative person, pretend to be positive for a month. If you have a belief that might be holding you back, act like you don’t believe it for a while.

People often get so wrapped up in their own thoughts that they think their ideas are hard truths, when in reality, they are fungible.

You can experiment with other ways of thinking and living.

You can become someone new.
